Server Technicians

  • Are MCSE certified and have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2000, 2003 and 2008
  • Manage File Servers, Email Servers, Application servers, VOIP, back up storage systems, etc.
  • Monitor server health and maintain service pack updates, virus protection, etc.
  • Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems
  • Manage application deployment of server / client software
  • Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Network Administrators

  • Ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer network.
  • Planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion Manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and UPSs.
  • Administer all equipment, hardware and software upgrades
  • Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.

Web Developers

  • Create and implement dynamic designs for new and existing websites
